Located in the heart of Paris’s Les Halles district, the 9,200 m² headquarters of the French National Centre for Space Studies (CNES) has occupied its historic site on Place Maurice-Quentin for over forty years. The building recently underwent an extensive renovation, transforming it into a modern, functional and sustainable working environment.
The renovation brings a contemporary architectural identity to the building, with an emphasis on natural light, open spaces and user comfort. Combining elegant design with improved environmental performance, the project achieved HQE Bâtiment Rénovation certification at “Excellent” level.
As part of this prestigious project, DUTEN supplied its R320, B615 and A860 products, all finished in Edstal brushed stainless steel. Combining sleek, minimalist design with exceptional durability, these products contribute to a refined and harmonious washroom environment, perfectly complementing the building’s contemporary aesthetic while ensuring lasting performance in everyday use.
