I3F headquarters Paris, France 2026

Located at 88 Avenue de France in Paris’s 13th arrondissement, Groupe I3F’s new headquarters brings together nearly 1,000 employees who were previously spread across four locations in the capital. Covering approximately 14,000 m², this ambitious renovation project was designed as an open and collaborative workplace, encouraging interaction, cross-functional working and employee well-being. Particular attention was paid to thermal performance, indoor air quality, acoustics and the principles of the circular economy.

For the washroom facilities, several Duten products were selected: R320 electronic taps, H150 toilet paper dispensers, S285 accessories and A820 coat hooks. All products were specified in the Edstal – brushed stainless steel finish, creating a consistent aesthetic throughout the washroom spaces.

This understated and timeless finish blends naturally with the project’s contemporary architecture. Stainless steel also meets the demands of a high-traffic commercial building, combining durability, ease of maintenance and resistance to intensive use.
