Renault Headquarters Boulogne-Billancourt, France 2026

  • Program: Offices
  • Client: Renault

Located on the banks of the Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt, Îlot D5 marks the final stage in the transformation of the former Renault industrial site into a vibrant mixed-use district designed for today’s urban lifestyles. For nearly a century, this site played a defining role in the city’s industrial identity. Following the closure of the Renault factory in 1992, an ambitious redevelopment strategy was launched to breathe new life into this iconic location. The creation of the Seguin–Rives de Seine development zone paved the way for a major urban regeneration project, bringing together residential buildings, offices, retail spaces and public amenities, all with a strong emphasis on integrating nature into the urban fabric.

Developed by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Eiffage Immobilier, the project designed by ChartierDalix embraces this vision through open architecture that maximises natural daylight, creates views towards the surrounding landscape and enhances the well-being of its future occupants. Generous planted terraces, landscaped connections and carefully designed outdoor spaces allow the buildings to interact seamlessly with their environment, contributing to the overall quality of the workplace.

The ambition was to create a working environment where architecture and nature coexist in harmony while addressing today’s environmental challenges. For the washrooms, our R311 deck-mounted electronic tap in Kovete matte black finish was selected. Its deck-mounted configuration allowed for a simple and seamless integration while preserving the clean, minimalist lines envisioned by the architect. Combined with its matte black finish, it contributes to the contemporary aesthetic of the spaces.
