Originally built in the 1950s on a former industrial site in Milan’s Fiera district, the property was redesigned between 1998 and 2004. It now comprises three U-shaped buildings, offering approximately 40,000 m² of office space across five above-ground levels, a garden level, and two basements, including a 230-seat auditorium.

The project aims to create a welcoming communal space integrated with its surroundings. The three main buildings remain office space, but a new central reception is being added,  along with Food & Beverage outlets, retail spaces (including fitness and shopping), event areas, and a garden level featuring meeting rooms and coworking spaces. The newly accessible square will be a vibrant area, suitable for events beyond office hours.
